1. Introduction

Welcome to PactBuilder. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of our site and services related to partnership agreements. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

2. Effective Date

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026.

3. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to services, info-products, and goods offered by PactBuilder through our site.

4. Services for Partnership Agreements

PactBuilder provides drafting, review, and consultation services for partnership agreements. Fees cover customized document creation and related advisory sessions.

Cancellations made prior to commencement of work are eligible for a full reimbursement of fees. Once drafting or advisory work begins, fees are non-reimbursable due to allocation of resources. Clients may request rescheduling by notifying us at least 3 business days before the planned start. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if requested less than 3 days before the appointment.

5. Info-Products

Info-products such as digital guides and templates are delivered electronically. All purchases are final once the content has been accessed or downloaded. However, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided the content has not been accessed. To submit a claim, please use Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 days of approval.

6. Goods

Physical goods, including printed manuals, may be shipped to your address. You may ship goods back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition to be eligible for a reimbursement. To obtain shipping instructions, contact us via Contact Form. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process a reimbursement within 10 days. You are responsible for shipping charges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Refund Policy

All reimbursement requests must be submitted through Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method within 10 days of approval. Service transfers are permitted by assigning your booking to a third party with at least 3 days' written notice. No reimbursements are offered for service fees once drafting has commenced, as work and resources have already been dedicated.

8. Changes to Terms

PactBuilder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
